Students interested in participating in sports must have a current Physical, RIPCOA Risk Form (only once in Middle School career), Parent Permission Form, and Insurance Form complete before the first day of practice. (Physical, Risk, and Permission forms are in the document library on this webpage or hardcopies can be picked up in the main office along with insurance pamphlet)

Spring sport physicals must be dated after June 15, 2009
