Week of July 22, 2018:
Week 24 -
As we enter into the 24th week of construction, we can look forward to the following:
  • Continue to maintain entrances to construction site.
  • Continue to maintain sediment erosion control around the perimeter of the construction site.
  • Continue to maintain detention basins (temporary location to hold water during a rain event).
  • Frame Exterior Walls; Section B
  • Install Exterior Sheathing; Section B
  • Install Roof Blocking; Section B
  • Install Roofing ; Section B
  • Install water line from Middle Highway to the Building.
  • Continue to install CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit); Section A & B & C & D.
  • Continue to install Stair B1
  • Continue to install site drainage.
  • Continue to rough in electrical: Section A & B & C & D
  • Continue to rough in plumbing: Section A  & B & C & D
  • Erect Structural Steel: Section A & C & D
  • Traffic patterns as usual.
  • Noise level: Erect Steel, Masonry, Carpenders, Forming and Heavy Equipment Operators/
  • Temporary Construction Parking will be located to the east of the existing school.
  • Sidewalks on Middle Highway and Lincoln Avenue will remain open.

Week 23 -
As we enter into the 23rd week of construction, we can look forward to the following:

  • Install Gas (Utility) from Lincoln Ave to the Building
  • Install water line from Middle Highway to the Building.

  • Continue to install site drainage.
  • Continue to rough in electrical: Section A & B & C & D
  • Continue to rough in plumbing: Section A  & B & C & D

Week 22 -
As we enter into the 22nd week of construction, we can look forward to the following:
  • Continue to maintain entrances to construction site.
  • Continue to maintain sediment erosion control around the perimeter of the construction site.
  • Continue to maintain detention basins (temporary location to hold water during a rain event).
  • Place Slab for Mezzanine and the Locker Rooms; Section C (SOG) - Monday
  • Place Slab on Grade for a Section of A & C - Wednesday
  • Frame Exterior Walls; Section B
  • Install Roof Blocking; Section B
  • Install Sewer from Building to Middle Highway.
  • Install water line from Middle Highway to the building. - Begins Thursday July 12, 2018.
  • Continue to install CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit); Section A & B & C & D.
  • Continue to install Stair B2
  • Continue to install site drainage.
  • Continue to rough in electrical: Section A & B & C & D
  • Continue to rough in plumbing: Section A  & B & C & D
  • Erect Structural Steel: Section C
  • Traffic patterns as usual.
  • Noise level: Erect Steel, Masonry, Forming, Heavy Equipment Operators, Concrete Pump Truck.
  • Temporary Construction Parking will be located to the east of the existing school.
  • Sidewalks on Middle Highway and Lincoln Avenue will remain open.

As we enter into the 21st week of construction, we can look forward to the following:
  • Continue to maintain entrances to construction site.
  • Continue to maintain sediment erosion control around the perimeter of the construction site.
  • Continue to maintain detention basins (temporary location to hold water during a rain event).
  • Place Slab for Mezzanine and the Locker Rooms; Section C (SOG) - Tuesday
  • Place Slab on Grade for a Section of A & C - Friday
  • Frame Exterior Walls; Section B
  • Install Roof Blocking; Section B
  • Continue to install Sewer from Building to Lincoln Ave.
  • Install Sewer from Building to Middle Highway.
  • Continue to install CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit); Section A & B & C & D.
  • Install Stair B2
  • Continue to install site drainage.
  • Continue to rough in electrical: Section A & B & C & D
  • Continue to rough in plumbing: Section A  & B & C & D
