The survey takes about twenty minutes and covers the following topics: School Safety, School Climate, Family Support, and Family Engagement. Please access the link below to complete the survey.
Seeking Donations of Seed-Starter Mix:
Students will be planting in February for our indoor "greenhouse." We would greatly appreciate donations of seed starting mix- not potting soil. Bags can be left by the office/cart. Thank you in advance for your support.
Family Learning Walks:
Over the course of the next few months, BMS will be hosting family learning walks. This is an opportunity for families to tour the building and see teaching/learning in action. Families may or may not see their own child’s classrooms.
If you are interested in attending a walk, please sign up for ONE of the walks below (first-come, first-served basis). Space will be limited to 15 individuals per visit. A confirmation email will be sent to individuals confirming their participation.

Welcome to the new school year from the BMS PTO! We are excited for the new year and a return to many of the events and activities that have been missed over the past couple of years. Here are a few PTO updates to start off the year:
BMS Spotlight on Learning
Let’s Celebrate our Amazing Learning Community!
(note: below you will find our standing/weekly BMS Spotlight on Learning)
This week, we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Alex Zilian. I am so incredibly proud of Alex Zilian! Alex has transformed as a student over his years here at BMS. From his attendance to his grades, to his work ethic and attitude...Alex, I couldn't be more proud of you and the work you have put in to become the student you are today! (nominated by Mrs. Poirier)
This week we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Eighth-grade students Benjamin Zhang, Matthew Tian, and Caroline Steger. They spent time at the end of Sports Night cleaning up trash left behind by other students in the board game area. They are models for what we wish to see in our community. Well done, Benjamin, Matthew, and Caroline! (nominated by a BMS Faculty member)
Do you know of a BMS Faculty/Staff/Student member that is shining bright? If you do, please complete the form below and we can include the nomination in an upcoming newsletter.

We build leaders of character.
