Student Schedules:

Student schedules will be made available on Monday, August 21, 2023 by 8:00 pm. Please note, although they will be available via Aspen, schedules are subject to change as our school counselors and administration are currently adjusting schedules based on balancing class sizes and meeting varying individual student needs. Schedules will be finalized by 3:30 pm on Friday, August 25, 2023. We respectfully ask that you wait until the end of the day on Friday, August 25, 2023, to contact the school regarding schedules as we are working hard balancing and finalizing schedules.

Please use the following link for directions on how to access your schedule in Aspen:

How to access a student’s schedule in Aspen

Note: A few people may ask, why are we making schedules available if they are not finalized? Over the summer months, the administration team works on the schedule in the “build” view. This view is not visible to parents, students, and teachers. In order for teachers to access their Canvas pages for planning and instructional purposes, we have to transfer the schedule from the “build” view to the “school” view. The “school” view allows the teachers to create, prepare, and adjust their Canvas pages.

6th Grade Locker Day:

We are excited to announce that we will be having 6th Grade Locker Days for our incoming 6th-grade students. This will be an opportunity to come into school and practice opening their lockers as well as to participate in a self-guided tour/exploration of the building. These events will be from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
