~ Spotlight on Learning ~

This week, we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Dr. Chris Keller. Dr. Keller has made a remarkable impact on our child's education. His engaging and structured teaching style has sparked a genuine interest in learning in our child, which had previously been a struggle. We are truly grateful for his ability to combine humor, enthusiasm, structure, and a sincere commitment to connecting with his students. (Nominated by a Red Cluster Parent)

This week, we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on  Dr. Brian Fernandes. I nominate Mr. Fernandes. I was so impressed with Mr. Fernandes at the Family night last week. I love his mantra, "If you don't like to read, you just haven't found the right book yet." His classroom is bright and cheery, and he teaches positive messages to the kids. Also, my child has been using crutches, and Mr. Fernandes helped by personally retrieving my son's backpack for him so my child would not have to go all the way back.

(Nominated by parent, Meredith McBride)

Do you know of a BMS Faculty/Staff/Student member who is shining bright? If you do, please complete the form below and we can include the nomination in an upcoming newsletter.

Friends of BMS Baseball:

This spring, history was made at Barrington Middle School. For the first time ever, our students took the field in a BMS baseball uniform—and in our inaugural season, the team advanced all the way to the state playoffs!

Now, we need your help to keep this success story alive.

Our Goal

We are raising $30,000 to fully fund BMS Baseball for the next three years.

This will cover coaching stipends, uniforms, safety equipment, league dues, insurance, and field maintenance. We are also proud to share that a portion of this funding has already been secured, proving the community is behind us. With your support, we can reach the finish line and guarantee that baseball at BMS is here to stay.
